Thank you Mr. Luke Bell, Head of Relationship Fundraising at Oxfam Australia !!!!!!!

Thank you Mr. Luke Bell, Head of Relationship Fundraising at Oxfam Australia for visiting us! We are really honored. We had a lovely time with you. Hope you too did!

Also, thanks a ton for your kind words

“I honestly have to say I left your office feeling inspired by your work and the social enterprise that you’ve worked to create.   It was a brilliant experience to be able to head out to the slum and see how your supply chain fits together and how this is helping people to move up and then to see how each of your complimentary skill sets fit together to make marketable products and a manufacturing process that is also helping people to flourish. It has been a vibrant experience to say the least” – Luke Bell, Oxfam Australia

On an ending note, we had a visitor from Oxfam Australia earlier too. We really look forward to continue this relationship with Oxfam

Introducing Deakin University – Australia !!!!!!!

We said it’s going to be Deakin Week!

Time to fulfill that promise

Deakin University – Australia is the very first “Fair Trade” university. Their curriculum includes special programs and courses about fair trade. In addition to that, they also encourage their Students (like Melody Murton & Rob Gentle) to meet fair trade partners in developing countries. The university also works closely with Oxfam.

Well, Melody & Rob were impressed with Conserve India’s social projects, innovative materials and our commitment to fair trade.

The most encouraging part of their visit (at least for us) is that – “they said the visit was inspiring and they hope to make careers for themselves in this field”.

As said earlier, it’s going to be Deakin Week! So, we have lot more coming up. Hold on there!

Thank you Melody Murton & Rob Gentle, Deakin University – Australia !!!!!!!
